I’m Jojo Ho, a UX/UI and Product Designer based in the South West of the United Kingdom, with over 10 years of experience designing digital products across web, platforms, and internal systems.
My work is driven by user-centred thinking and problem solving. I enjoy understanding how people use products in real life, identifying pain points, and translating insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and thoughtful interface design. I’m naturally curious about how people interact with digital products, and I enjoy refining details that make experiences feel intuitive and effortless.
I have experience working across the full UX process — from user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping, through to UI design and interaction design. I’m particularly interested in improving usability, efficiency, and adoption, especially for complex or business-critical systems.
Alongside UX/UI design, I bring a strong understanding of front-end development, which helps me design practical, build-ready solutions and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders. I value clarity, consistency, and simplicity, and I aim to create experiences that work well for both users and the businesses behind them.

I design user-centred digital experiences with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and real user behaviour. My work covers the full UX/UI process, including user research, problem definition, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. I enjoy translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive solutions, refining interactions and visual details to make products feel effortless to use. Alongside UX/UI design, I bring a solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), which helps me create practical, build-ready designs and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders. I work across responsive web products, internal systems, and customer-facing platforms, and I value clear communication, thoughtful design decisions, and continuous iteration based on feedback.
